Why the long absence? No reason, just sheer blog laziness. I've been in Tennessee now for a little over a week. I'll be returning to good ol' Illinois on Sunday. Upon my return I will immediately sink into a deep depression as Elinor will be remaining in Tennessee and we will no longer be living together. And as I am way too attached to my sister I will suffer from major withdrawal. It's quite sad really. Everyone feel sorry for me. What keeps me going is the fact that the so you think you can dance tour will be in Chicago on September 22 and I will be there because I have recently become obsessed with that show. However I still have a week left to hang out with my sister and I'll just think about that for now. So far I have quite enjoyed Nashville. Yesterday we went to the zoo with our friend Stephanie, and everyone knows how much I enjoy the zoo. My favorite thing I saw was the anaconda. It was huge! And just half the size they normally grow to be. Which is weird because gigantic snakes don't scare me, but tiny little spider make me cry. They felt it was necessary to have a little exhibit of poisonous spiders commonly found in Tennessee. Thanks a lot Nashville zoo, now I'm not going to sleep for the rest of the week. And on that note I'm going to end this because I am genuinely too lazy to write out anything interesting. So my blog isn't funny this week. Deal with it people! I'm not made of funny!

Is there anything better than holding the one you love and watching So You Think You Can Dance? I submit that there is not. By the way I am holding my kitten Dreyfuss right now. I refuse to love actual human beings. I named him Dreyfuss because he bares a striking resemblence to the actor Richard Dreyfuss. Trust me it's possible.

Earlier tonight I got a phone call and it was from some lady taking a survey. She was like "can I talk to a male between the ages of 18-34?" So I said, "No, there's no man here. I'm single. Rub it in! Why don't you just call me up and ask me why I'm not having children yet? Sheesh!" I didn't really say that, I just stopped at no. But how funny would it have been if I had said that?

My neighbor's have been quiet for a week. I'm beginning to wonder if they're dead. If they are, I'm really gonna need to look for an alibi. Cause who's going to believe I didn't murder them. I have not been quiet with my opinion. Mandy, Heidi, sorry you guys didn't get to meet them while you were here. They were on vacation for the 4th. Probably in Tennessee having incestuous relations with their relatives........I'm a horrible person.

I had a lot of fun in Chicago this weekend. I'm too tired to type out any details, but rest assured we all had fun.
